Gear Cutting

MAH Machine’s gear cutting department is well equipped and well staffed to handle most customer gear cutting needs including helical, spur, splines, sprockets and pulleys (roll chain, silent chain, as well as many others). We can work from your sample or your print.

We can produce gears from ½” to 32” in diameter, and threads up to 4 ½” diameter and 50” long. Emergency overnight delivery is available upon request.
